Visa (Study Permit) Services

Student Visa for New Applications (Including SDS Applications)

We provide complete assistance with student visa applications. This includes providing advice on the documentation required for the student visa, lodging the student visa application and coordinating the same on your behalf with the concerned visa office. All study permit applications are viewed and submitted by our ICCRC certified Immigration practitioner.

Open Work Permit for Spouse of Student

We obtain the open work permit of spouse of applicant, once his/her study permit is approved. Spouse/common-law of student can work anywhere in Canada and work permit validity is up to duration of study permit of applicant.

Student Visa for Declined Applications or Refused (Study Permit) Visas

We can also help you to fix your study permit application by obtaining CAPIS/GCMS/FOSS notes from Citizenship and Immigration Canada if your case is refused previously or getting delayed for some reason. We can find out and corrective action can be taken with representation by our certified immigration professionals.

Post Graduate Work Permit and Study Permit Extensions

Study Links offers students with Post Graduate Work Permit service for students attending postsecondary program at IRCC approved schools, colleges and universities in Canada. Extension of Study Permits are done via ICCRC authorized online portal.
