The government of Canada has announced a new scheme to help former international students disrupted by Covid-19 to continue to live and work in Canada and have the opportunity to apply for permanent residency.
IRCC announced new border measures recently. The announcement included an update on travel restrictions for international students. Starting October 20, 2020, international students attending a DLI (designated learning institution) will be eligible to enter Canada if they fulfill all requirements.
